At the end of December I told you all that I am beginning my weight loss journey. I also said that I will be posting on this periodically so you my friends can keep me accountable. So, here it is... the first weekly update on my weight loss journey.
Pounds lost: 3
Inches around waist lost: 3
Journey so far:
I haven't came as far as I've wanted to so far. However, I haven't been working out since the beginning of the year.
This past week, I have started to eat clean and drink only water. I can honestly already tell a difference. I'm starting to have more energy and can slowly see my stomach shrinking.
Goals:
Clean Eating Only
Workout at least 4x each week
Lose 30 pounds by May
